Journal Pronoun with Compare

Abstract
A pronoun is one of the writing structures in English, where pronouns are used to replace nouns, nouns here are not just objects but like (People, Animals, Places, and Things). Pronoun uses different pronouns, depending on two things: the replaced noun and the function of the noun in the sentence. In English, pronouns depend on gender only when you replace nouns with third-person singular forms. Plural second-person pronouns are exactly the same as the second person singular pronouns, except for reflexive pronouns. In the pronoun structure, there are 3 types and 2 forms (singular and plural). Singular is used for singular nouns and plural is used for multiple or multiple pronouns. In pronoun relative to the subject's position, object, ownership properties, or subject and object information. The purpose of using structure pronoun is to clarify nouns so that they are easy to understand and understand and make comparisons in one's research journal.

INTRODUCTION
By knowing the procedure for pronoun writing can increase our knowledge in writing or mentioning activities using English. because in the world of undergraduate education it is obligatory to understand general subjects such as English, so this journal is made to study and clarify the procedures for using the pronoun structure.
In writing, language has its own structure, such as English which has a structure in writing or pronunciation of the language, where writing structurally is used to facilitate and clarify the reader or listener. English has many structures, one of which is a pronoun, the pronoun is a noun, noun here includes people, animals, and places, which describes an activity using the pronoun structure.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
Pronoun
 in the pronoun, the discussion has 4 structures, namely; Subject pronoun, Object pronoun, Possessive adjective, and possessive pronoun. Where in this case explain the difference in mentioning when mentioning a subject or object.

Subject Pronoun
A subject pronoun is a pronoun for the subject, the characteristics of the subject that is doing the action and usually at the beginning of the sentence that is to replace the word subject must use pronouns as follows:

Object Pronoun
Object pronouns appropriate name to replace the said object, the characteristics of the object that is the subject of action by the subject and usually end of sentences or after the verb. The following pronouns can be used:

While in the use of pronouns It is used only for animals, objects, and taste alone. Example:

Possessive Adjective
Possessive Adjective is a noun that mentions ownership of the noun. The formula used in this structure is Possessive adjective + noun. Noun is a noun. The following table and examples:

Possessive Pronoun
Possessive Pronoun is a pronoun that serves to indicate ownership. Here the possessive pronoun replaces the possessive adjective, where the stated object is known. The following table and examples:

The study was aimed at finding the types and possible causes of the personal pronoun errors made by Eleventh graders in their composition.
This study aims to determine students' mistakes in people's pronouns, substituting subject pronouns, object pronouns, personal pronouns, and owner pronouns.
Research Object
Thirty four Eleventh graders of SMAN 11 Surabaya students were the participants of the study.
This research was conducted in class I MTs Al-Hidayatussalafiyah. The sample was 40 students.
Research Methodology
In this study, the authors used qualitative research because the data from this study were non-numerical.
The research method was carried out by surveying place and time, population and sample, research instruments, data collection, data analysis techniques, data description, and data analysis.
Result
Based on the results of the analysis of the types of errors made by students most of the misformation is error, and the cause ofthe most errors is an incomplete application of the rules.
Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that students made a total of 248 errors consisting of 42 or 16.93% errors in using subjective pronouns, 111 or 44.75% errors in using objective pronouns, 17 or 6.85% errors in using adjective possessive, 78 or 31.45% error in using possessive pronouns.
Difference The difference between journals above are: a) Journal 1 only uses the number of students while Journal 2 uses students and other analysis data.
Equality in this research journal both use students where students are tested in using pronouns.

CONCLUSION and SUGGESTION
Based on the compressed journal above, that many students are wrong in using pronouns, this happens because of a lack of student learning support services, so there is a need for teachers who are able to make this pronoun material interesting and easily understood by students.
